Roles & Responsibilities:
Purchasing :
Undertakes all aspects of purchasing in accordance to the established processes and procedures, including process purchase requisition, prepare purchase order and all procurement related documents.Updates and maintains all procurement related documentsCoordinates with warehouses on acknowledgement of purchases and deliveryTo provide informative report for management perusal and decision making. Logistics:
To monitor shipment from suppliers to warehouse and subsequence to customers To collect shipping documents from suppliersTo compile customer's delivery instructionTo prepare delivery instruction to warehouseTo provide delivery information to customer as for customer to clearanceProvide customs document to forwarding and haulage company, shipment movementQuality issue coordination. Requirements:
Diploma/Degree holder (With minimum 2-3 year working experience in Purchasing, Logistic and Supply chainAbility to communicate with supplier, customers, warehouse team, forwarding team and interdepartmental team effectivelyPossess positive learning and working attitudeStrong negotiation and communication skills for dealing with suppliers and internal teamsAbility to plan and execute daily tasks effectively and efficientlyGood verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop report or written documents, briefing, negotiate with external stakeholders and etc.Proficient in Microsoft Office and Autocount System Fluent in English, Malay & Mandarin languages are preferred as role requires candidate to deal with some mandarin speaking suppliers and customers.
