Purchasing Executive

Responsibilities: Responsible for daily purchasing duties such as purchase order issuance, follow up delivery, etc to ensure efficient and smooth running of daily operation.To be responsible for cost negotiation, quotation comparison and analysisPrepare timely monthly reports, etcLiaise with existing suppliers on quotation request, price negotiation and delivery effectively and sourcing new potential suppliersCoordinate with internal teams and other related departments.To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Organized, strong communication and excellent time management skillsHigh level of conceptual, meticulous and good analytical skillsPositive attitude and self-motivatedKnowledgeable in SAP system is an added advantage.Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh, Perak.
