Responsibilities: Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies.
Keep track of key metrics to improve effectiveness and reduce expenditure.
Prepare negotiation strategies and close deals.
Perform cost and scenario analysis.
Assess, manage and mitigate risks.
Proven working experience as purchasing manager, agent or officer.
Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management.
Knowledge in market dynamics along with business sense.
A knack for negotiation and networking.
Working experience of vendor management software.
Able to gather and analyse data and to work with figures.
Excellent judgement along with decision making skills.
Exemplary leadership capabilities.
Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration.
