Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth flow.
Market Research : Research and identify potential suppliers and evaluate their reliability, quality, and pricing.
Stay updated on market trends and industry pricing.
Data Entry & Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
Update and track purchasing databases or systems.
Cost Management : Assist in cost control by reviewing suppliers' invoices for accuracy and identifying any discrepancies.
Report any issues to senior procurement staff.
Compliance : Ensure that purchasing activities comply with internal policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
Cross-department Collaboration : Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales & finance) to ensure timely and accurate delivery and payment of materials and goods.

Educational Requirements : A bachelor's degree in business administration, business field, or marketing communications.
Skills :Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Negotiation skills and the ability to assess supplier proposals effectively.
