Purchasing Assistant

Ensure local parts and project parts stock levels are maintained.
Issue purchase orders, follow-up on delivery, and source suppliers.
Lodge warranty claim reports against faulty parts.
Able to negotiate prices with suppliers.
Liaise with suppliers.
Arrange import/export shipments and prepare relevant documents.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a purchaser or in a similar role.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
