Purchasing Assistant

Responsibilities:Prepare and issue purchase orders, track orders, and ensure timely delivery by maintaining good relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Liaise with suppliers for delivery and orders, including local and overseas suppliers.
Negotiate prices in line with the company's purchasing cost-saving objectives.
Participate in the supplier monitoring program.
Engage in continuous improvement and cost-cutting activities.
Maintain proper records of purchases, quotations, suppliers' information, and documentation.
Job Requirements:Required skills include:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Good attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous experience in a purchasing or administrative role is advantageous.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good analytical skills to assess supplier performance and compare pricing.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order placement and documentation.
