Purchasing Assistant

**Responsibilities**- To generate Purchase Order (PO) and Good Receive Note (GRN) in system.- To match the purchases invoices against purchase orders and delivery orders.- Follow up on purchase order deliveries and shipment schedules to ensure all items are delivered on time.- Any other duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.**Requirements**:- At least SPM or higher education level with minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience in related field.- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.- Good negotiation and communication skills, as well as proficiency in computer knowledge - Microsoft Office.
