Purchasing Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities- Support outlet POS System problem.- Promotion setting in our POS System.- Approve all the invoices.- Create POS System for new code.- Issue Purchases Order to supplier.- Update selling prices in POS System as per instruction from authorised person.- Assist re-ordering system to outlet.- Assist to check all the discrepancy sales and report to supervisor.- Assist to generate some reports.- Any other duties that assigned by superior from time to time.**Requirements**:- 1-2 years of experience in retail will be an added advantage.- Required skill(s): Communication skill, good computer skill and math skill.**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leaveSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusWillingness to travel:- 25% (required)Expected Start Date: 04/01/2024
