Purchasing Clerk

Play a vital role in managing our supply chain operations. This role is responsible for sourcing, ordering, and tracking materials to ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Process purchase orders and maintain accurate purchasing records.
Source and evaluate suppliers to secure the best value for goods and services.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the team to forecast supply needs.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Resolve any discrepancies or issues with orders, shipments, or invoices.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate terms when necessary.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma (qualification in Business Administration or related field preferred).
Previous experience in a purchasing or administrative role is a plus.
Proficiency in (software or tools, e.g., MS Office, Google Sheets).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
