Purchasing Clerk

Purchasing, Procurement & Inventory (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
Responsibilities:Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works.
Coordinate with customers and suppliers in accordance with the scope of work for projects assigned.
Purchase and issue orders in accordance with specifications.
Monitor and coordinate deliveries of items among suppliers & customers to ensure that all items are delivered to the site/store on time.
Source for new parts, suppliers, or sub-contractors.
Negotiate the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries, and services with suppliers and sub-contractors assigned.
Update purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
Prepare documents in accordance with project requirements.
