Job ResponsibilitiesTo adhere to all Purchasing Department procedures, prepare and file all Purchasing related documents accordingly (i.e.
Vendor List, PR, PO, DO etc).
To seek for suppliers, negotiate, purchase and follow-up on time delivery of purchased items.
To closely liaise with suppliers for all purchasing issues.
To assist in ISO certification related documentation, audits and other related requirements.
To update and keep proper Store Stock Records (Receiving, Issuing and Balance Stock) beside working out (min and max) to always maintain required stock.
To keep track and update records of raw materials (self purchased and received from clients).
Job RequirementsMinimum 1 – 3 years relevant experience in Purchasing Department or similar field – shall be an advantage if having clerical work experience in Store, Maintenance or QA/QC Department.
Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma or any other equivalent qualification.
Possess strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
Being independent and pro-active.
Able to take pressure.
Able to start work immediately.
