Nexteamwork established Since 2002 with 18 years of excellence business track record with exceed 10 million sales at 5 Majors segment; with technical chemistry products, contract manufacturing and services in:- personal care,- home care,- critical surface treatment system and maintenance,- food processing,- health care infection prevention and control.Together with 200++ proprietary formulation and 108++ third party accreditation.Providing effective solutions to approximately 3405++ customers with proven results by assist clients saving millions dollar from return on investment (ROI), time saving and cost effective solutions.**Responsibilities**:- Maintain record and follow up purchase order, shipments or others related document/matters.- Assist in received product inspection.- Prepare purchase orders base on approved requisition to local & overseas suppliers.- Liaise closely with inventory & assembly on production plans and stocks requirements to ensure that the production deliveries are achieved.- Work closely with internal departments and an external supplier on purchased items/ spare parts claims issues.- To review purchase requisitions and determine proper purchasing methods in compliance with the purchasing policies and procedures.- Coordinate with forwarder for the export and import relevant documents & all containers issues from ETD, ETA & Arrival Date at warehouse.- Follow up on orders to ensure the shipment delivery is on track and according to planned schedule.- To assist in administration tasks of Purchasing or related work been assigned.- To assist in other related job tasks been assigned by the superior.**Qualifications**:**Experiences**:- 3 year(s) of working experience in related industry & department will be an advantage.- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.**Skills & Knowledge**- Excellent Observation, Creative & Communication Skills.- Ability to work independently & possess initiative.- Excellent Skills With Microsoft Office- Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills- Able to operate SAP or any other accounting software will be added advantage - Resourceful, responsive, reliable and ability to interact with people at all levels.- Good interpersonal skills, responsible, committed, highly effective, dynamic and results-oriented.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
