Purchasing Executive

Purchasing, Procurement & Inventory (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
Handle Raw Material Purchase Confirmation, cargo readiness, and data entry for incoming raw material shipments.
Liaise and coordinate with local/overseas suppliers to manage order coordination, shipment logistics, and timely delivery execution.
Liaise and coordinate with appointed forwarders/transporter to ensure cargo clearance on time.
Handle Import customs declaration operations for Raw Material purchases.
Prepare and check raw material payment applications inclusive of bank endorsement.
Prepare related reports for Raw Material.
Handle claims for Raw Material.
Assist associate or sister companies within CSC Group for Malaysia's product certification only.
Implement instructed tasks or missions.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Marketing or equivalent.
Relevant working experience is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and cope with work stress.
