Responsibilities:Able to perform overtime to troubleshoot urgent/emergency matters.
Handles sourcing, price negotiation, contract management, project management, and tender management.
Daily purchasing activities e.g.
process purchase requisition form, solicit quotes, commercial negotiation, open bidding, commercial comparison, prepare purchase approval and payment processing for top management's review and approval.
PO and payment processing using Kibing China's NC-ERP System and OA system.
Purchasing SOP review through monthly standard reading, continuous improvement activity.
Participate in ISO reaction and weekly participation in TPM activity.
Able to move around/travel around to do sourcing development.
Undertake any ad-hoc task as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, strong logic, good writing and report ability (added advantage).
At least 3 years of working experience in manufacturing industry especially in Purchasing/Procurement Department.
Able to write and converse in Mandarin in order to communicate with HQ and manufacturing plants in China.
Experienced in purchasing direct/indirect materials and services.
