JOB VACANCYPOSITION - PURCHASING EXECUTIVELOCATION - SUNGAI KANDIS, KLANGSALARY - RM 3800-4000Job Scopes & Responsibility- To be responsible for Direct materials, planning, purchasing and inventory control.- Request quotations from supplier and negotiate for better pricing, terms, and lead-time. Allocate order based on best quotation, best quality, consistency, and service from supplier- To assist the department head in handling, planning, and coordinating the incoming and outgoing materials needed to support the operations.- To carry out weekly report as customer/internal request as well as prepares Monthly report, Weekly Forward Delivery/Delivery Schedule and Weekly/Monthly on Time Delivery Report- To be responsible for purchasing related task such as purchase order issuance, follow up closely on delivery from supplier.- To plan and develop new and potential suppliers- To coordinate and work closely with internal department on new requirements and main the good relationship among the colleagues- To undertake ad-hoc duties assign by superior time to timeRequirement- Able to work with less supervision- Communication and interpersonal skills- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach- Able to communicate, read and write in English and Bahasa Melayu.- Good in MS Excel or WordPay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
