Purchasing Executive

-Responsible for sourcing, selection, and negotiation with competitive suppliers to constantly strive for best purchase price while maintaining the highest level of quality, reliability and service.


-To manage shipments documentations and constant update on regulatory changes.


-To prepare and maintain well forecast on purchases in which forecast are communicated within departments.


-Develop new potential suppliers/vendors to improve supply base.


-Work closely with supplier to meet the shipment schedule and to ensure on time goods delivery arrangement to customer.


-Required to deal with banks with regards to Letter of credit documentation.


-Responsible in preparing all tax, custom documentation and handling all custom procedure.

; Requirements:-


-Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree in any field.


-Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.


-Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers is an added advantage.


-Possess minimum Diploma / Certificates or its equivalent.


-At least 3 years of working experience in manufacturing industry.


-Proficient in using SQL, Microsoft Excel and Words is a MUST.


-Sound knowledge in packaging / raw material inventory.


-Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision.


-Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.


-Possess positive attitude, self-motivated and self-discipline.
