Purchasing Executive

Job Descriptions: Liaison with Custom Office/MIDA for all related statement, approval and tax exemption documentation;Processing of PR, PO, having negotiation skills as well as follow-up with Supplier/Vendors on timely delivery;Liaison with Shipping Agents including import/export of materials;Sourcing & co-ordinate with Suppliers; conduct Price Comparison, Supplier Evaluation and prepare purchase order;Maintain minimum supply inventory levels and negotiate any emergency deals with Vendors;Liaise with Suppliers on defective goods and take corrective actionRequirements: Preferably at least 2 years of working experience in any related field;Required Skills : Communication and NegotiationPreferably Junior/Senior Executive specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain/Inventory/Shipping or equivalent;Knowledge in shipping documentation and liaison with Forwarding Agent including custom clearance;Preferably able to converse both English and Mandarin is essential for negotiating with Supplier;Perks & Benefits: 5 Working Days Hours (8:00am ~ 6:00pm) Company Uniform providedTravelling/Transport AllowanceMonthly Incentive awardsYearly BonusPerformance IncentiveCompany Trip or Team Building Activity
