Purchasing Executive

Job Responsibilities Fully handle the purchasing of all Inventory & Non-Inventory items.Maintain Accounts Payable and ensure that deliveries arrive in a timely manner.Maintain and develop the Supplier Database.Source alternative Raw & Packaging materials to ensure the Company's competitive pricing.Initiate negotiations with Suppliers to ensure the Company's competitive pricing.Fully understand Purchasing SOP and assist in revising and executing changes as needed to ensure a smooth purchasing process with no delays to Operations Processes. Job Requirements Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate or Professional Degree in Purchasing, Logistics or equivalent.Minimum 2 years working experience in Purchasing (preferable experience in FMCG, Skincare or equivalent industry)Language: English and Bahasa Malaysia to ensure smooth business communicationsKnowledge of AutoCount system will be an added advantage
