As a member of our team, you will be responsible for various tasks, including :
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to ensure favourable pricing and delivery terms.Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and develop new partnerships.Reviewing bids received from suppliers and making decisions for potential purchase orders based on factors such as price, quality, delivery terms, and other factors.Prepare and issue purchase orders and related other documents to ensure compliance that they comply with company policies and procedures.Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of goods.Address any issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing with suppliers.Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and pricing.Managing inventory levels of supplies and materials to ensure adequate supply while minimizing costs.Generate and maintain purchasing reports to track spending and supplier performance.Liaise with key stakeholders to evaluate vendor performance. on vendor performance evaluation Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier agreements.Any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION LEVEL & MAJOR Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent.YEARS OF EXPERIENCE Minimum 1 years relevant working experiencesREQUIRED LANGUAGE Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin is an added advantage. (Require to deal with Mandarin speaking clients) REQUIRED SKILLS Detail-oriented and focus on accuracyStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written, verbal communication and negotiation skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsProficient in SAP system will be added advantage and MS Office.WORKING HOURS & OFF DAY Monday to FridayFlexible working hours
