REQUIREMENTS : Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Professional Certificate / Diploma or equivalent in a related fieldAt least 2- 3 years experience in the purchasing field.Must know how to write, read and speak in Mandarin, Malay and English.We are looking for someone who are fluent in Mandarin as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking suppliers from China.Good knowledge of governmental procedures and can work independently. JOB TASK: Request quotation and negotiate for the best costing.Source & negotiate with suppliers based on cost, quality & delivery to obtain the best value for goodsManage purchasing process from purchase requisition, purchase orders to delivery, ensuring timely availabilityDelivery & maintain strong relationships with suppliers & oversea suppliers on time delivery & quality performance.Ensure purchasing & procurement activities comply with the company's policies & procedures, code of ethics, values & adherence to relevant laws & regulations.Other duties & assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.
