-Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers in Chinese-speaking regions, ensuring smooth communication and long-term partnerships.
-Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve the best value for the company.
-Conduct business communication in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese, depending on the region) for effective supplier coordination and negotiations.
-Translate purchase orders, contracts, and other documents as needed.
-Analyze market trends, pricing, and product availability to identify opportunities for cost savings or quality improvements.
-Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities, cost savings, supplier performance, and procurement forecasts.
