Job Responsibilities:
Local/Oversea's Supplier selection and evaluation in accordance with the organization's requirements.
Local/Oversea's Supplier performance monitoring and improvement.
Suppliers QMS development with the goal of supplier conformity with ISO 9001:2000 certification.
Purchase Order management.
Purchase products, materials, or services from Approved Supplier List and ensure the quality of purchased products.
Price negotiation and monitoring.
Monitor monthly production planning.
Liaise with production, quality department, and suppliers on delivery dates.
Monitor minimum stock levels for replenishment and stock control.
Follow up on Local/Oversea Supplier's shipment matters of purchased materials.
Other jobs assigned by Superior from time to time.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
At least 5 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment.
Good command of English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
Conversant in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Knowledge and experience in MYOB will be an added advantage.
Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office operation, particularly Excel.
Pleasant personality and able to interact with all levels of people, strong follow-up, and good negotiation skills.
