Job Title:Purchasing Executive
Minimum Requirements:
Preferably Diploma / Degree in Procurement, or relevant field.
Knowledge on IATF 16949
Knowledge on ISO 9001
At least 2 years working experience in Procurement
Able to converse and write in English and Malay
Able to use Microsoft Word & Excel
Able to use Internet research skill
Job Responsibilities:
Review Purchase Requisitions.
Assist in sourcing & negotiating with suppliers for materials, equipment & parts.
Select products for purchase by testing, observing or examining items.
Ensure all purchased products conform to specified requirements.
Prepare Purchase Orders.
Follow up & expedite delivery of goods to requestors.
Monitor supplier performance through customer notifications related to quality or delivery issues.
