Job ResponsibilitiesSource, evaluate and procure a wide range of supplies including raw materials, equipment, and food for the factory.
Collaborate closely with vendors and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Work collaboratively with the culinary team to understand their ingredient and equipment requirements, ensuring timely delivery of items.
Prepare and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in specifications, quantities, and delivery details.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the kitchen and event management teams to optimize stock levels and minimize wastage.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, supplier information, and procurement activities.
Participate in cross-functional teams to contribute to the development of procurement strategies and operational improvements.
RequirementsAt least 3 years of work experience in related fields.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SQL inventory.
Well organized with strong problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
