Purchasing Executive (Klang)

Purchasing of materials (polyethylene terephthalate, PET Bales).- Purchasing of machinery spare parts, hardware, and other related equipment and tools related to production activity.- Purchasing of office supplies.- Review and evaluates the performance of current suppliers.- Sourcing for new/alternative suppliers.- To process Purchase Requisition promptly using Yonyou- Supply Chain System (e.g., price negotiation, issue P.O, payment arrangement).- Liaise with suppliers and warehouse to ensure timely delivery of the purchased products and proper store keeping.- Other ad-hoc task assigned by manager.**Job Requirements**:- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)**Experience**:- Buyer/Purchaser: 1 year (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)- Bahasa (required)Ability to Commute:- Klang (required)
