Responsibilities:
Supplier Management:Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with suppliers of food and non-food products. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure optimal purchasing conditions.
Inventory Control & Order Processing:Monitor stock levels across locations and coordinate the ordering process to maintain optimal inventory levels. Manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in specifications, quantities, and delivery.
Cost Optimization:Continuously analyze purchasing costs and identify opportunities to reduce expenses without compromising on quality.
Product Quality:Ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards. Conduct regular product quality checks, handle complaints, and work with suppliers to resolve issues promptly.
Reporting:Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, costs, and inventory performance for management review. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, supplier information, and purchasing activities.
Qualifications:
Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within the foodservice or fast-food industry.
Skills:Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Familiarity with procurement software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
