Job Responsibilities
1. Vendor Management: Develop, screen, and maintain supplier relationships to ensure stable and efficient procurement channels.
2. Procurement Planning: Create purchase plans based on project requirements to ensure timely delivery of products.
3. Price Negotiation: Negotiate prices and contract terms with suppliers to secure the best deals.
4. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels to maintain a healthy balance and prevent overstock or shortages.
5. Procurement Records: Maintain procurement data and documentation to ensure transparency and compliance.
6. Product Inspection: Ensure purchased materials meet the company's quality standards and resolve any related issues promptly.
Job Requirements
1. Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
2. Experience: 1-3 years of relevant procurement experience is an advantage.
3. Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
4. Language: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
5. Other Qualities: Strong sense of responsibility, problem-solving abilities, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
