Purchasing Intern

Job Description
Understand business requirements and source vendors for products and services.
Participate in cross-functional process and training.
Assist in documentation arrangement, create and maintain system data.
Render support to daily purchasing assignments.
Gain Centralized Procurement knowledge, training, coaching, and assignments relating to real-world situations.
Ability to work in a diverse work environment and support multiple purchasing initiatives.
Work on real-life environment that creates system data, placing orders to suppliers and follow up on shipment, GR, and supplier payment.
Prepare basic reporting as required by buyers and managers.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management/Logistics, Marketing or equivalent.
Required skill(s): MS Office.
Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas.
