Responsibilities:
To formulate procurement objectives and goals to ensure every goods and services purchased are of highest quality, lowest cost and shortest delivery schedule.
To ensure smooth implementation of purchasing activities from requisition; invitation to bid; supplier evaluation and selection; award of purchase order to delivery of goods and services.
To monitor and plan real estate development projects through liaising with authorities and agencies.
To prepare project cash flow and related administrative matters.
To counter check goods and services delivered are of correct specifications, quantity and quality standards.
To evaluate and monitor supplier's performance.
All purchasing records are properly documented and stored.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering; Building; Quantity Surveying; Planning; Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years working experience in procurement environment.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
