Purchasing Officer

Responsible to deal with Overseas Suppliers (China, Japan, Korea, Thailand, etc.)
and Local Malaysia Suppliers.
Acquire quotations from suppliers/sub-contractors and assess quotations, negotiate, and award sub-contractors and suppliers.
Prepare and monitor material delivery schedule.
Source and negotiate with suppliers in order to secure materials and services at the best price, quality, delivery, and terms.
Maintain proper filing of all Purchase Orders / Delivery Orders / Invoices, etc.
REQUIREMENT:
Minimum Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management is added advantage.
1 - 2 years experience in manufacturing for handling Purchasing Oversea transaction.
Must be proficient in Mandarin language, English language and Bahasa Malaysia.
Mandarin speaker is required to handle for China supplier.
Candidates of any race are welcome to apply for this position, provided they can speak and write in Mandarin.
Self-motivated, hardworking, strong desire to learn new knowledge.
Know how to use MS Office, MS Excel, MS Power Point.
Advantage if know how to use Auto Count software.
Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Kemuning, Selangor.
