Perform supplier sourcing, evaluation, assessment and selection, negotiation, performance monitoring on construction material.
To ensure all the purchases in right source, quality, quantity, delivery and price.
Analyze material market dynamics/trends and price environment in order to manage price risk in accordance with company policies.
Maintain and possess good communication with vendor and continuous improvement for the vendor management.
Supplier performance monitoring - ensuring on-time delivery (OTD).
Support inventory management in order to ensure a high delivery capacity with a minimum of inventory.
Performance supplier audit and on-site survey with department head.
Deal with suppliers on any quality issues, products replacement, products sample request.
Ensure proper maintenance of purchasing documentation and records.
Any other duties assigned by superior.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree or Professional Degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain or equivalent.
Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in the manufacturing environment is required.
Knowledge in ERP will be an added advantage.
