Responsibilities:Inspects and ensures final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
Investigates and analyzes customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
Develops and implements corrective actions and preventive actions & monitors their effectiveness to prevent repeated issues.
Reviews and updates Master Packing List, QC Online Reference, Product Chemical & Microbiological Specification and other relevant documents when necessary.
Conducts testing on new packaging materials.
Issues Non-Conformance Report to suppliers with reasons for rejection of the materials.
Provides job-related training including CCP, GMP, Allergen, Food Defense, etc.
to QC, Lab personnel, and operators.
Monitors and verifies SOP related to product quality standards, food safety, and sanitation.
Reports potentially unsafe conditions to superior.
Maintains, reviews, and updates Quality Manuals and HACCP Plan.
Reviews Material Hazard Analysis on raw materials and packaging material annually.
Responds to customer requests and inquiries.
Involves in all audits and responses to audit CAPA.
Responsibilities shall cover other management functions as senior management deems fit and appropriate.
