KEY RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for day-to-day inspection of in-process and finished products.
Provide technical advice & support various departments.
Assist in guiding production team in implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement in production area.
Assist in customer feedback and troubleshooting on QC or food safety issues and recommend viable solutions for any QC or food safety-related issue.
Must have experience in working in a food establishment and auditing in a food related factor.
To maintain, monitor the implementation & update relevant audits program.
Checking and auditing on work processes and documents to ensure compliance to ISO 22000 / HACCP / GMP / Halal requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers to resolve non-conformances.
Other ad-hoc matters or instructed by a superior.
REQUIREMENTSDiploma in Food Science/Food Technology or related disciplines.
Strong knowledge in food safety, well versed in ISO22000/HALAL.
Positive thinking and willingness to learn.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role.
Working rights required for this role.
Expected start date for role: 21 January 2025.
Expected salary: RM2,500 - RM3,500 per month.
