Job Details:Job ResponsibilitiesNew product development
Responsible for new product development to review relevant documents.
Generate ingredient list and review against requirements (local and exporting country).
Compile into the info deck document.
Verify against production practices.
Labelling compliance and verification for all market
Responsible to ensure packaging used in production is correct (not obsolete) and following labelling compliance.
Halal Assurance System (HAS) – MY, Brunei, UAE, Saudi and other potential market
Responsible for making sure that Halal Assurance System (HAS) documents are updated.
Responsible to ensure Production adhere to Halal Critical Point mentioned.
Responsible to provide compulsory Halal Training for Tyson Foods Malaysia team members.
Coordinate external/third-party audit, Government audit such as Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia (JAKIM), Ministry of Health (MOH), Department of Veterinary Service (DVS).Qualifications/ExperienceCandidate must possess bachelor's degree in food technology / Nutrition or any related field.
Working experience in handling Halal including knowledge on Food Safety System such as GMP, HACCP or any related field.
Have certificate in Halal Executive Training.
Advance Microsoft office competency (eg Word and Excel).
