Job Responsibilities: Establish, implement and maintain a QMS & EMS in the Organization. Ensure that the QMS & EMS conforms to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. Ensure the operation is carried out to set Operating Procedures and Quality Plan. Comply with customer and applicable legal and other requirements. Communicate the importance of effective management system and conforming to the QMS & EMS requirements. Promote customer focus and improvement in the organization. Ensure the integrity of QMS & EMS is maintained at all times even when changes are made. Ensure the corrective action implementation and its efficiency. Manage the reporting and handling of customer enquiries and complaint in respect to quality non-conformances. To manage the reporting of internal product non-conformance detected. As a document controller and in charge in quality & environmental records custodian or unless specified otherwise. Assist QEMR and QA Manager for customer, internal and external audits preparation. In charge in all testing equipment calibration, calibration schedule, record and the calibration of internal use testing equipment. Become appointed secretary of safety and health committee of the company. To conduct quarterly safety and health meeting. Comply with customer and applicable legal and other requirements. To maintain safety, health and environmental documents and records. Promote safety, health and environmental awareness and conduct briefing. Implement and monitor safety, health and environmental program. Attend to, investigate and report any safety, health and environmental emergency and accidents at the factory. Conduct safety, health and environmental inspection. Collect, analyze and maintain statistics on accidents and incidents at the factory. To handle JKKP & DOE reporting and submission.
