Qa & Halal Executive

Bachelor Degree in Food Science/Food Technology or Food Engineering
Minimum of 3 years of experience in food manufacturing environment
Experience in managing quality and food safety requirements in manufacturing environment; experience as internal quality auditor will be an added advantage.
Knowledge in food safety quality management system: HACCP, GMP, HALAL, etc.
Good organizing and planning skills
Experience in problem solving, critical thinking, and assertiveness in decision making
Drive for results
Management skills on tasks and people
Job Responsibilities:
Assist to ensure compliance with HALAL, GMP, HACCP, internal and external requirements
Coordinate Halal activities and perform verification activities
Assist to ensure that all products align with the company and customer standards
Assist in supplier audit, internal audit, and external audit; review findings and identify areas for improvement
Manage, identify, and control non-conformance and complaints to prevent repetition
Conduct yearly mock recalls as scheduled to evaluate the effectiveness of the traceability system and product recall procedures
Act as a quality document controller
