Qa Inspector (Food Industry)

**Responsibilities**:- Manage a team of quality supervisors and inspectors to ensure good quality products.- To support in inspector recruitment process- Manage the quality team for continuous quality improvement and achieve customer satisfaction.- Work closely with Production team to ensure quality control are within specification and good quality is assured.- Support QA manager in complaint investigation and implementation of prevention.- Support in customers' audits or 3rd party certification audits- Support in routine GMP and Pest Control audit walkthrough.- Ensure the overall Quality Management System is understood, implemented and maintained from time to time, reporting and recommending to management of continual improvement of such programs.- Review and update Company manuals & SOP documentation- Make sure that everything from raw materials to finished products meets quality and safety standards.- Support and consult other departments in problem analysis and corrective action.- Liaison with external certification body, auditor on all quality/manufacturing audits and reports summary findings.- Quality related performance of company's product to meet customer requirement.- Ensure all open issue such as hazard, policies, objectives targets, audit results, feedback/complaints resolved within the time frame given.**Requirements**:- Have Knowledge in FSMS/QMS implementation- Experience in handling audits, customer complaints & other non-conformance activities.- Education Level: Degree or above in Chemical Engineering/ Food Technologist, Quality Engineering and any related course
