Qa Manager

As the Quality Assurance (QA) Manager in our CNC manufacturing facility, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire quality assurance process, ensuring that all machined parts and products meet or exceed industry standards and customer specifications. You will lead a team of quality professionals, implement quality control procedures, and collaborate with production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CNC machining and quality management, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will ensure compliance with relevant standards, such as ISO 9001, and develop strategies to improve product quality, reduce defects, and enhance overall operational efficiency. This role is critical in maintaining the high standards of precision and quality our customers expect from us.
