Qa & Qc Esg Engineer/Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITY: Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.Oversee product inspections and testing procedures, identifying areas for improvement in quality control systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented.Lead ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives by ensuring compliance with corporate sustainability and ethical standards.Conduct ESG assessments and audits, providing recommendations for improvement and ensuring that best practices are integrated across the company.Prepare QA/QC and ESG reports for management and stakeholders.Provide technical guidance and support to production and project teams to maintain high-quality standards.Stay updated on the latest quality standards, regulations, and ESG trends. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Quality Management, or a related field.Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, and ESG initiatives.Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma, ESG frameworks).Experience in conducting audits and implementing corrective action plans.Strong knowledge of ESG principles and sustainability practices.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and teamwork skills.
