Qaqc Executive (Construction)

Job Responsibilities



-Develop and implement QAQC plans and procedures.


-Conduct inspections and audits of construction activities.


-Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and specifications.


-Review and approve materials and workmanship to ensure they meet project requirements.


-Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.


-Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections and audits.


-Provide training and guidance to construction staff on QAQC procedures.


-Prepare and present QAQC reports to management.

Job Requirements



-Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.


-At least 5 years of experience in QAQC role within the construction industry.


-Good knowledge of building products, construction details, relevant rules and regulations on quality standards


-Knowledge of MS ISO9001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007, Qlassic, MS Office and AutoCAD


-Required Skill(s): Excellent time and project management skills, good communication both oral and written skills
