Job Responsibilities To manage QA and QC operation in O.E group of companiesTo ensure manufacturing plan QMS are maintained at ISO/IATF requirements & standardsTo monitor and improve the system implemented to ensure the smooth and efficient working within the departmentCreate or revise quality system procedures (standard testing/inspection/operation procedures and re-issues.Maintenance and control of standards technical specifications and quality related document and the application of the quality system proceduresMonitoring the adequacy of disposition and the need of corrective action associated with the non-conformitiesControlling and reviewing of non-conformance report, customer complaints and other associated documents.To provide improvement plan and kaizen activities in the department Job Requirement Bachelor degree in engineering / technical / Quality ManagementAt least 5 years working experience in the Automotive / Manufacturing IndustriesStrong in leadership and communication skillsGood knowledge in ISO / IATF 16949
