·Minimum two years workingexperience in production environment ideally in Aluminium Industry
·Result oriented and possessorganizational and analytical skills to organize and manage inspections and achievedesired objective and results.
·Ability to read and understandtechnical drawings and requirements and to translate into relevant inspectioncriteria.
·Minimum Diploma in engineering,industrial or production disciplines.
Degree holder preferable.
·Salary to commensurate based onwork experience, knowledge and skill set.
JobResponsibilities
·Devising procedures to inspectand report quality issues.
·Monitoring all operations thataffect product quality.
·Supervising and guidinginspectors, technician and staff.
·Ensure all customer andorganization requirements /product/ project specifications are in compliancewith existing guidelines / regulations.
·Inspecting procedures andoutputs and identifying product non-conformities and application of viablesolutions.
·Possess knowledge on globalrequired Standards and codes of practice pertaining to British Standard (BS andCP)
o AAMA Architectural Aluminium Manufacturers Standard
o ANSI American National Standards Institute Standards
o AS/NZ Australian / New Zealand Standards
o ASTM Standards
·Site visits toinvestigate/evaluate customer complaints
·Conduct quality audits atsupplier premise to evaluate product applicability and
Compatibilityin compliance with project specifications
