* Strong experience in quality assurance and software testing methodologies.
* Experience in developing comprehensive test strategies and test plans for complex software systems.
* Proven ability to identify high-impact test scenarios and prioritize testing efforts effectively.
* Experience in selecting and implementing appropriate testing tools for specific projects.
* Experience within the retail environment
* Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills
* Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into solutions
* Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems
Good Skills to Have
* Industry relevant certifications such as ISTQB, Certified Selenium Tester, etc.
* Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Robot Framework, Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, UFT etc.).
* Understanding of security testing practices and tools to ensure software security (e.g., OWASP Top Ten, security scanning tools) The Successful Applicant * Builds awareness of strategy
