Key Responsibilities
As aQuality Assurance & Compliance Manager , your responsibilities will include:
Quality Assurance & Control :Overseeing all QA/QC activities to ensure compliance with Halal, HACCP, GMP, and other regulatory requirements.
Conducting regular audits and inspections of raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
Developing and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for QA/QC operations.Compliance Management :Ensuring all processes and products meet local and international food safety standards.
Liaising with regulatory bodies and maintaining documentation for certifications and audits.Leadership & Team Management :Leading, training, and mentoring the QA/QC team to uphold high standards of quality and safety.
Conducting performance appraisals and developing training programs for continuous improvement.Working closely with the Plant Manager, R&D, and production teams to address quality-related issues.
Driving initiatives to improve product quality, sustainability, and operational efficiency.
Documentation & Reporting :Maintaining accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and non-compliance issues.
Preparing regular reports on quality performance and recommending corrective actions as needed.Qualifications & Experience
Education : Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
Experience :Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC roles, preferably in food manufacturing or nutraceutical industries.
Proven leadership experience in managing a team.Technical Skills :Expertise in quality assurance systems (HACCP, GMP, ISO standards) and Halal certification requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Soft Skills :Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.What We Offer
