Quality Assurance

Monitoring sampling and inspection of in-coming materials, in-process materials, in-process products and finished products and ensures that these materials are in compliance with company requirements.Monitor laboratory tests.Monitor on-line process / packing activities.Maintain systems, documentation, implementation of ISO 22000, halal requirements and other new food safety requirements.Ensure compliance to Food Act & Regulations.Prepare and maintain daily reports.Report all non-compliance to superior.Establish and maintain a documented quality system.Perform, manage and monitor internal quality audit activities in the company.Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiors.Perform any other duties as specified by the superior.Follow up with the appropriate channels when mistakes are found.Train other quality assurance members on all inspection processes.In charge of all products Hazard Analysis.#J-18808-Ljbffr
