Quality Assurance Manager

Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategies to improve the production process.
Plan, execute, and monitor product testing.
Regularly analyze quality trends and highlight key deviations to management.
Report to top management on the performance of the QMS including the need for improvement.
Monitor the quality of incoming raw materials, in-process products, and end products to follow customer specifications and requirements.
Work closely with customers, suppliers, and production teams to meet quality requirements.
Coordinate and oversee quality checking activities including manufacturing safety.
Review, prepare, administer, and implement Quality Assurance Plans, Inspection Test Plans, and other operational procedures in accordance with technical specifications and good manufacturing/engineering practices.
Ensure the quality department follows company rules and regulations.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
At least 8 to 10 years of related experience; and at least 3 years in a management position.
Strong knowledge of quality control methods, tools, and best practices.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to communicate with different levels of workplace hierarchy.
Able to speak and read Mandarin to communicate with HQ in China.#J-18808-Ljbffr
