To support the quality assurance system and ensure an effective quality checking system implemented and maintained. Ensure our product certification with various authorities are always completed before expiry / renewal ie. SPAN, SIRIM, Watermark, etc. And which will involve good documentation and product testing. To handle product technical complaints and provide the solution in a timely manner. Troubleshoot, analyze and identify problems in the product quality, provide countermeasure and recommendation to enhance product quality. Co-ordinate, discuss and liaise with suppliers and/or internal team members for any product quality related matters Coordinate, Implement and maintain documentations for all stages and processes of the Engineering Department, and whole company Conduct necessary product testing as required ie. Hydrostatic test, torque test, dimension test, etc. Perform quality and reliability research to eliminate defects in product and reduce product failure rate at market. Optimize the product design and processes to achieve higher quality and lower cost Able to propose value added products with potential business opportunities to be developed by the company will be a plus. To attend to technical complaints at site as and when necessary. Demo our products to customers at site / office as and when necessary. Oversee and manage the QA/QC department Perform any other job function that may be assigned from time to time from superior Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field Preferably specialized in Engineering - Mechanical or equivalent. Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, Solidworks, Microsoft Office, Google G Suite of Business Apps Skilled in AutoCAD or Solidworks is a must Must be very hands-on with equipment and testing. Indepent with Initiative Analytical with thoughts in Engineering. Focused and has willpower to achieve the desired or above the desire result within a timely manner Able to work under minimum supervision with good time management Good Communication Skill Able to collaborate well with others Your application will include the following questions: What's your expected monthly basic salary?
