Food Technology & Safety (Science & Technology)
Assist in the application progress of HALAL, HACCP, GMP, ISO Standards, and OSHA compliance.
Update the SOP plan.
Keep all record and checklists up to date.
Ensure the cleanliness, hygiene and safety of the production area.
Any other hoc functions to be assigned from time to time.
Inspect incoming raw material to ensure that all quality requirements are as specified in the purchase order.
Responsible for daily monitoring of the production outputs to ensure the production programs are met in terms of quantity, quality and time.
Liaise with external parties related to factory operations, (e.g.
customer, audits, product development, complaint etc.)
for dealing with health authorities, JAKIM Officers and other regulatory authorities, provide assistance to the Regulatory Officer as and when required.
Job Requirements:
At least a certificate in Food Science and Technology or any field relevant to the industry.
Minimumtwo (2)years working experience in the Food Industry.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
