Those with in-depth knowledge and skill in construction, and the ability to work concurrently on multiple projects are encouraged to apply.The Job:Perform daily inspections and testing of fabrication components to ensure adherence to specifications and drawings.Identify and report non-conformance, ensuring timely corrective actions are taken.Maintain detailed records of inspection results, test data, and quality performance.Prepare inspection and quality reports for review by QA and Plant Management.Monitor and enforce quality standards at every stage of production.Support production teams in implementing quality controls to minimize defects and rework.Ensure measuring tools and equipment are regularly calibrated and used effectively for inspections.Coordinate with the QA Engineer and production team to address quality concerns.Provide support during internal and external audits as required.Assist in training production staff on quality processes and specifications.Promote quality awareness among team members.The Person:Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Control, or a related field.Minimum 2–4 years of experience in quality control within a fabrication, manufacturing, or construction environment.Experience with inspection methods, quality tools, and documentation practices.Basic knowledge of drawings, tolerances, and fabrication processes.Proficiency in using measuring tools (calipers, gauges, etc.
