Quality Control Technician

Responsibilities: Conduct thorough inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications before advancing to the next stage.Document all in-process quality control (QC) inspection findings and ensure accurate recording of test results.Report any quality issues (non-conformances) promptly and perform necessary containment actions to address and mitigate these issues.Perform outgoing quality assurance (QA) inspections to verify that products meet customer requirements before delivery.Support rectification and rework tasks either in-house or at customer sites to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.Undertake ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by management to support the overall quality assurance and production objectives.Requirements: Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking either English or Bahasa.Skilled in handling and using precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and hardness testers.Minimum qualification of SPM/O level or equivalent; additional qualifications are advantageous.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
